  This review is specific to the birthing ward at holy family. The entire team, from the on call doctors, the nurses, the nurse assistants and the cleaning staff are fantastic. The nurses there especially deserve endless accolades. They helped coach my wife through all stages of labor and delivery and offered different techniques while never pushing anything (including meds) on her. They help get you anything you need at all times of the day and constantly offer guidance with your newborn. The best part is they are all just incredibly nice people who genuinely care about you and your child and both times we've been there have been a wonderful experience. Thank you!!

  So many negative comments, but people are used to complaining when they do not get their way. My Experience: I called for instructions and was given very clear details without being rushed.As I arrived at the Hospital there was plenty of parking. The Hospital is clean, relaxed, and friendly. I get to the Day Surgery large waiting room plenty of seats. I found the staff to be friendly, and professional and never felt rushed or talked down to. One of the best Hospitals I have been to and I think most people will agree. I got a call to remind me of my appointment. I was given the choice to register by phone which I did
